Dispute Resolution

The firm’s disputes practice is led by Tan Shang Neng, whose experience spans a broad range of civil, commercial and corporate litigation, with a particular focus on shareholder disputes, directors’ duties and company-related litigation.

 

The practice has been recognised by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific for Dispute Resolution in Malaysia from 2024 to 2026.

Shang regularly acts in complex and high-value disputes involving companies, shareholders, directors and commercial stakeholders. His approach emphasises clear advice, strategic advocacy and commercially realistic outcomes.

Corporate & Tax Advisory

Our corporate and tax practice is led by Tan Yi Lyn, whose work focuses on private funds, venture capital, corporate advisory and tax structuring.

​

With experience in both private practice and as former in-house counsel at 500 Global, Yi Lyn brings both transactional insight and practical commercial perspective to advisory work, particularly in relation to investment structures, shareholder arrangements and cross-border matters.

She was previously recognised by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific as a “Next Generation Lawyer – Tax”.
