​Eric is an associate in the firm’s Civil Litigation department. He obtained his LL.B from the University of London, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in February 2021. 

 

Eric primarily represents individuals and corporations in dispute resolution matters, including bankruptcy and insolvency, contractual disputes and shareholder disputes. He has conducted hearings in High Court and below, and appeared at all tiers of the Appellate Courts as assisting junior counsel.
